We’ve got another fun free social indoor bootcamp with great vibes to help you burn calories while toning & easily make new friends at the same time

Social Saturday sessions start at 7:20am at the Sideshow (349 Montague Rd West End)

You’ll be greeted at the door by one of our friendly organisers and introduced to some friendly like minded people

The workout including warm up will be about 40mins and most people hang around after for coffees β˜•οΈ
