It’s time to get hoopy with Breezy Hoops! Work on the foundations of hooping and develop your own style through hoop dance and play.

Foundations and Flow 


We will focus on the fundamentals of hula hooping (on & off body) as well transitions, sequences & combos. No experience necessary, open to all levels.

Hooping has so many benefits including; stress relief, improves flexibility, improves your mood, increases fitness level and helps tone the body.

You're sure to have a blast!



Each class will learn a set of tricks and transition that can flow together . This will help expand on flow to create smooth dance and fluent tricks in your spinning!

No previous experience is necessary, as all levels will be covered.

We will provide practice equipment, but we do recommend purchasing your own set so you can play at home. 



Register at The Sideshow 5:45pm for a 6:00pm start.
