Let's get Hoopy-loopy with Abbii Allora!  Learn to hula hoop, expand your knowledge and get a great workout at the same time! Challenge your body and mind with an enjoyable activity that has no limits to your imagination and self-expression. Meet new people to laugh, hoop and dance with and unleash the inner child.

Hooping has so many benefits including; stress relief, improves flexibility, improves your mood, increases fitness level and helps tone the body. You're sure to have a blast!

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW

Each class will learn a set of tricks and transition that can flow together . This will help expand on flow to create smooth dance and fluent tricks in your spinning!

No previous experience is necessary, as all levels will be covered.

*Bonus two hoop move variations for those looking to expanding their hooping and be ambidextrous!

Got a friend you want to perform with or just jam out with? Week 3 we will learn sequences and patterns that work well with partners. Create shapes with a partner that can also be adapted for group performance - so don't forget to bring a friend!
